Pastor Jeff Snyder has been ministering at Broadview for over twenty years now.  He was called by the church to be the youth and music pastor beginning ministry at Broadview on May 1st, 1996.  In 2003, Broadview Baptist called him to be the senior pastor. His Bible training is from Faith Baptist Bible College in Ankeny, Iowa. He really loves his church family here at Broadview Baptist Church.  The emphasis in his preaching is an expository preaching of the Word of God, verse by verse.

Broadview Baptist Church practices a congregational form of church government, following the example of the churches in the Book of Acts.  Basing church leadership on the two Biblical and Baptistic offices of pastor and deacon, the deacons assist the pastor in leadership issues. To function as a non-profit corporation in the State of Florida, the church leadership consists of the pastor, deacons, trustees, along with a church clerk and a treasurer.  The church also maintains various other committees and posts to handle missions, Sunday School, and church events.
